14. Recovery of Penalty Amount

The tax officer has to give a period of 35 days to collect the amount of penalty imposed on a person under the Act from that person and ensure that within that period the amount of Rs. According to the notification of the tax officer, the warehouse or the official appointed by the government of Nepal will collect it from the assets of such taxpayer in accordance with the working system of the prevailing Nepal law.
